Bhakti is the yoga of love and devotion.  The path of bhakti serves to reconnect us with the divine and to reawaken the eternal blissful love that lies within each of our hearts.  Bhakti is the ultimate goal of the yoga system, the perfection of yoga.  "And of all yogis, he who always abides in me with great faith, worshipping me in transcendental loving service, is most intimately united with me in yoga, and is the highest of all" - Sri Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita Chapter 6 Mantra 47.

The luminous, glowing, self effulgent spiritual world resplendant with dazzling, exquisite pastimes of pure devotion saturated with divine love.

A Divine abode where every word is a song, every movement a dance and where the fountain of love showers nectar in the form of transcendental bliss.

Meditate upon Shree Krishna, the Supreme Divine whose unique spiritual body is full of superexcellent charm. The unlimited splendor and beauty of His moonlike face captivates the heart of all. He is the Supreme Godhead. He has an eternal blissful spiritual body. He is the origin of all. He has no other origin and He is the prime cause of all causes. Brahma Samhita (circa 160 trillion years ago)

Krishna's transcendental form is eternal, full of infinite knowledge, bliss, pure love
and is thus full of the most dazzling splendor. He eternally sees, maintains and manifests the infinite universes, both spiritual and mundane. He possesses inconceivable, innumerable attributes, whom the pure souls see in their heart of hearts with the eye of devotion tinged with the salve of love. (Brahma Samhita)

Krsna, the all-pervading cognition, has a spiritual form of matchless beauty. The form of Krsna is not a fanciful creation of the imagination formed after visualizing the beautiful things of the world. What Brahma saw in his ecstatic trance of pure devotion is being described. Krsna is engaged in playing upon His flute. That flute by his enchanting musical sound attracts the hearts of all living beings.  The two beautiful eyes of Krsna  display the unlimited splendor and beauty of His moonlike face. The beauty and loveliness of Krsna is far more enchanting that that of Cupid multiplied a millionfold. (Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur's commentary on the Brahma Samhita)

Only by pure, unalloyed love (bhakti) can we  return to our original home in the spiritual world. That love must be unmotivated and uninterrupted even for the space of a moment.

“One can understand Me, as I am only by devotional service. And when one is in full consciousness by such devotion, he can enter into the Kingdom of God.” (Sri Krishna -Bhagavad-Gita, chapter 18, mantra 55)

Always think of Me, become My devotee,worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend.  (Bhagavad-Gita chapter 18 mantra 65)

The thoughts of My pure devotees dwell in Me, their lives are fully devoted to My service, and they derive great satisfaction and bliss from always enlightening one another and conversing about Me.(Gita chapter 10 mantra 9)

To those who are constantly devoted to serving Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me.  (Sri Krishna - Bhagavad-Gita chapter 10 mantra 10)

To show them special mercy, I, dwelling in their hearts, destroy with the shining lamp of knowledge the darkness born of ignorance.   (Sri Krishna - Bhagavad-Gita chapter 10 mantra 11)

O son of Partha, those who are not deluded, the great souls, are under the protection of the divine nature. They are fully engaged in devotional service because they know Me as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, original and inexhaustible.  (Bhagavad-Gita chapter 9 mantra 13)

Arjuna said: You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth. You are the eternal, transcendental, original person, the unborn, the greatest. All the great sages such as Närada, Asita, Devala and Vyäsa confirm this truth about You, and now You Yourself are declaring it to me.
(Bhagavad-Gita chapter 10 mantras 12-13)

Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.  (Bhagavad-Gita chapter 18 mantra 66)
