Yoga Students - Please arrive atleast 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Do not eat a heavy meal atleast 2 hours before the class.

General class
This class offers detailed instruction on posture and alignment.  Students will become more confident with the basics of the yoga postures and develop deeper body awareness. Pranayama is introduced to develop deeper awareness of breath control.  The class blends a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha and Iyengar to create a unique fusion of movement.

Intermediate  class

These are a mixed level class suitable for beginners through to intermediate level. The class focuses on yoga postures (asanas) conducive to enhancing health, strength and flexibility. Instruction is given to enable the correct performance of asanas according to the level of experience and flexibility. This class will provide a challenge at any level of your practice. Prepare for a deep and powerful, yet fun and playful class. The class blends a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha and Iyengar to create a unique fusion of movement.

About the teacher

Claudine

Claudine comes to Australia from NYC and brings an abundance of experience and training.  She has been practicing and teaching for over ten years in various fields of healing. Her meditation practice began five years ago, receiving her Sanskrit name Kalpana (cosmic imagination). She received her initial training from Kripalu Yoga Center and has since completed Iyengar training and Ananda Marga Yoga and Meditation training. She has also completed training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Counselor. Through her own transformation, she brings a loving approach and attention to detail within her classes and her work with clients. Her focus is to create a safe space where her students can feel comfortable to be themselves and explore the joys of movement within their own bodies.
